PURCHASE TERMS Fronts by Sweden

These purchase conditions apply as an agreement between you as a consumer buyer and Laft Group AB with website Fronts By Sweden, org.nr. 559048-1692, with address Himlabacken 11, 17078 SOLNA, e-mail: info@frontsbysweden.se, when you order products from the www.frontsbysweden.se website.


GENERALLY

In order to complete an order on the website, you must certify that you are over 18 years of age. Fronts By Sweden agrees, according to Swedish law, not to accept credit card payments from people under 18 years of age. Fronts By Sweden reserves the right to deny or change your order if you have entered false personal information, and/or have a non-payment of debt. The website and all content are owned by Fronts By Sweden or its licensees. The content is protected by including intellectual property rights and market laws. Trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout and information products, services and other content may not be copied or used without written consent from Fronts By Sweden.


ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF PURCHASE

By clicking pay now, you agree to these purchase conditions for ordering our Products. You confirm the order of the Products you have placed in the shopping cart by clicking the "Confirm purchase" button.

When ordering, you as the buyer assure that all the information you provided is correct. From the moment you pay, the purchase is confirmed. Fronts By Sweden only approves your order when payment has been completed and approved. You then have an order that is made to order such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths. 

After you have confirmed the purchase, Fronts By Sweden sends an order confirmation with the details of the purchase to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. Please note that it is therefore important that you enter the correct information when placing an order. Save the order confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support.


INTEGRITY AND SECURITY 

When you shop on the website, we store some of your personal information so that you can complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, and if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed or deleted. PRODUCTS

The Fronts By Sweden product description is available on the website. All images on the website are to be seen exclusively as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee to reproduce the products you receive, the product's exact appearance, function or origin. Fronts By Sweden also supplies products in natural materials that may change appearance over time and/or feel patinated over time due to oxidation and/or normal use. This is a natural process with natural materials and not a reason for a complaint.


PRICES

All prices for products listed on the website www@frontsbysweden.se all i Sek including moms. The price does not include payment fees and shipping costs, which are added separately. Fronts By Sweden reserves the right to change the prices on the Website at any time and to correct the prices after any errors have occurred.

The price for shipping is presented in the Checkout.


PAYMENT

Fronts by Sweden offers payment by credit card or direct invoice, work in accordance with the contract only begins when payment is received.


DELIVERY TERMS

Home delivery 

We offer you the option of having your order delivered to your home. This means up to your gate if you live in an apartment, and up to your plot boundary if you live in a house. "Up to" means as close to your gate or property boundary as a truck can get. Should Products not be received upon home delivery, they will be sent back to our warehouse and for products received by the customer we will charge for the costs incurred in connection with the return. 


Delivery times

For Products made to order, such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths, are usually sent after 5-8 weeks or as specified on the website. Unforeseen problems or delays in the manufacture of your products may affect your delivery time. In addition to this, holiday periods may cause longer delivery times than those indicated on the website. The delivery time for your products should always be seen as an estimate indicating when your order will be delivered. 


Transport damage

When you receive your delivery, you as a customer must immediately examine and check whether the packaging and/or the Product is damaged. If any transport damage is discovered on the packaging and/or the Product, this must be noted on the supplier's/delivery point's transport note/avi directly. Any transport damage to packaging or product must be documented with photos, with and without packaging, and communicated to the forwarder within 7 days of delivery.

Fronts By Sweden's liability to you for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.


COMPLAINT

If you want to complain about a product due to errors, please notify us by e-mail: info@frontsbysweden.se 

In the event of a complaint, we are responsible for the costs of any return shipping. Before sending the Product, please ensure that your case has been received and approved by our customer support. In the event of return shipping due to complaints, you are responsible for packing the Product so that it is not damaged during transport.


DELAY

If the delivery is delayed from what has been promised, Fronts By Sweden does not reimburse any costs for lost income or compensation for hired external assembly help. Fronts By Sweden does not take responsibility for any damage that occurred as a result of a notified delivery time being exceeded.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the EU and EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased online from the day the goods were delivered to the customer. Please note that this right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and when purchasing from the regular range. This means that you as a customer must notify us at Fronts By Sweden that you regret your purchase within 14 days from the day you received delivery of goods. This does not apply to products where you as a customer have chosen your own unique color code on your selected products or products that are specially adapted to your unique specification, i.e. your own measurements. Your right of withdrawal You can email us at info@frontsbysweden.se and clearly state that you regret your purchase, or use the standard document for exercising the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has produced. Fronts By Sweden will only reimburse you for the purchased Products, not any costs in connection with shipping, transport and/or payment fees or other charges. In the case of invoking the right of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after We receive your notification that you are canceling your purchase. Fronts By Sweden can withhold payment until we have received the goods, or if you have proven that the goods have been sent back to us. Refunds will be made to the source of the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or a problem arises. Upon return, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse Fronts By Sweden for any reduction in value that occurred during the examination of the Product, if the examination was more extensive than necessary. However, the buyer has the right to check the condition of the Product upon delivery. Note that the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal is likely to be more expensive than the shipping you paid to get the goods home. This is because purchasing single shipping services is significantly more expensive than large shipping volumes. Should damage occur during such return shipping, you must claim compensation from the shipping company you use. Therefore, find out which insurance conditions apply to the shipping company you hire so that you know that you will receive full compensation in the event of any damage. As all of our customized vii find it difficult to provide a cost schedule for returns and their costs. As a buyer, you are responsible for the Product being returned in perfect condition. The product must be returned well packed in the same packaging it was delivered in or in an equivalent packaging (maximum one package). In case of possible return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for packing the Product so that it is not damaged during transport. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions our conditions are not met. You are then responsible for the costs of the return shipping, as well as possible repacking costs in case of damaged packaging.


GUARANTEE

Fronts By Sweden always strives to deliver the highest quality, but makes no guarantees that the Products' design, quality, suitability or use conform to your expectations and that we take full responsibility until the products, Fronts By Sweden have full responsibility until they the ordered goods have reached the delivery address


CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

 Fronts By Sweden is not responsible for damages and possible costs incurred in connection with the assembly and use of our Products.

Fronts By Sweden is not responsible for damages and any costs incurred as a result of typos or out-of-date information on the Website.


FORCE MAJOR

In the event of war, strike, riot, disaster, major price changes on the world market, errors in electrical communication, telecommunications, data connections or other communication, as well as defective or non-delivery of goods from subcontractors, and thus comparable events that are beyond Fronts By Sweden's control and foreseeing, Fronts By Sweden is released from its obligations to fulfill these purchase conditions under force majeure. If this occurs, we will try to notify you.


GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These purchase and delivery conditions shall be regulated and constructed in accordance with Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms, or your use of the Service shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law and by a Swedish court, with the exception of cases where. In the event of any disputes regarding the creation, interpretation or application of these terms and conditions of purchase or other relationships between you as a customer and Fronts By Sweden, must finally be settled by a general court with the Stockholm district court as the first instance.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Fronts By Sweden reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. If Fronts By Sweden should make changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you by publishing the changes on the website. Changes to terms apply from the moment you accept the terms (in connection with a purchase or visit to the website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. 


INVALIDITY

If the competent court, authority or arbitration panel finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision, and all other provisions, will remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant adequate legal guidance.
