Home delivery

Delivery times

For Products that are manufactured to order, such as fronts, sides, lacquered tops and plinths, are usually sent after 5-8 weeks or as specified on the website. Unforeseen problems or delays in the manufacture of your products can affect your delivery time. In addition to this, holiday periods can cause longer delivery times than those stated on the website. The delivery time for your products should always be seen as an estimate that indicates when your order will be delivered.

Transport damage

When you receive your delivery, you as a customer must immediately examine and check whether the packaging and / or the Product is damaged. If any transport damage is discovered on the packaging and / or the Product, this must be noted on the supplier's / delivery point's transport slip / notice directly. Any transport damage to packaging or product must be documented with photos, with packaging and without packaging, and communicated to the forwarder within 7 days of delivery.

Fronts By Sweden's liability towards you for any losses or damages that arise in connection with your order on the website, is limited to the total amount of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
